I'm sending my deepest sympathy to the Hoarty family. My father, John Klein, always enjoyed talking to Charles when he delivered the mail. When I was traveling and singing, I sent postcards to my parents from my travels. Charles told my dad that he and my mom got the most interesting mail in Sutton, which pleased them very much! When my dad died, Charles sent a very touching letter to me, which I appreciated so much. He was a true gentleman. RIP, Charles.

It's sad to hear that he is gone. I knew him as a veteran friend and neighbor when I lived in Sutton. He was always willing to visit about all things. He helped me get through tough times in my life and I will always be grateful for his friendship. My prayers are with the family.
